Clarified and aligned unique differentiating factor - formed a trusting closed community based on alumni connections

Addressed this need by clarifying differentiating factors with new user onboarding to improving platform stickiness - increasing alumni engagement by 3x

Identified multiple types of users with different functions and backgrounds

Created two interfaces: for administrative use, and for alumni use
